Nancy Colas's Philosophy on  life

In my academic area, I accomplished numerous things such as receiving
all of my credits in Math and passing my regents. Being a senior has also
been a major accomplishment for me; working hard, studying and participating; its what got me to this stage in my life.

My future goals are to graduate from high school. Attend college for
dentistry, graduate with an associates and bachelors degree in that area.

Next, I’m on my way to get married to my boyfriend (Mikey) of
3 years and 7 months. Then I want twoKids and a
nice blue Mini-Cooper (car) for myself.

My interests are in helping kids, doing make- up, dancing, and singing.
As for my passions they’re greater in dancing and singing. I’m actually in a recording gospel-singing group. We’re called “Sarah’s Daughters” and its myself and my two older sisters {Cynthia  & Esther}. We love to sing all around the U.S.. Our goal is to save the young lost souls out there in this
cruel world. Music is what drives me to do what I set my mind to do.

My background? Well, I’m Haitian, Venezuelan, and French;
I’m mostly fluent in speaking Creole and English. Growing up in Orlando, Florida I attended Ridgewood Park Elementary, then Meadowbrook Middle School, later on my family decided to move back to Brooklyn, NY where I was conceived. My favorite colors are blue/purple, I love mac and cheese
and my favorite dessert is cheesecake. As for my favorite movie I love
"The Titanic" and my favorite TV show is "Family Matters".

During my first year living in NY, My father, Hector Colas,
my best friend, passed away it took alot out of me, but now I’m stronger because my father’s spirit drives me to do my best each and everyday.

I'm  well skilled in  Microsoft Excel,Word Perfect, Microsoft Word,
and Power Point. My interests are strongly in Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, TextWrangler, Adobe Dream Weaver and Fire Fox. These programs have all helped me expand my creativity through the computer.
